Football Tips - Bastia, Guingamp and French Ligue 2 treble

League leaders Paris St Germain play Bastia tonight in France, and the away side are an incredible 23 to win the match. Paris are quite formidable at home though losing just twice this season in the league and conceding only 6 goals. Bastia got hammered against Lyon 5-2 away but drew against Nice 2-2 away, both these team in the top five. They beat Bordeaux 3-1 at home and lost by the odd goal to Marseille 2-1 at home. So they can win and limit the top teams on their day.

Backing Bastia at +1.5 takes into account that PSG are due to have a bad day. Ibrahimovic is already suggesting that he's bored and wants to go back to Italy and you never know what sort of game you'll get out of him.

The second game is Chateauroux v Guingamp. My last Guingamp bet was a loss as I bet them to draw to Angers at home. They won that game 2-1, so will be on some positive form. Chateauroux have a remarkable record. They lay 14th in the table but haven't lost a single home game all season in the league. Quite remarkable. This has to end sometime. But, they haven't played anyone in the top six at home yet so the acid test will be tonight. At 2.82 these are good odds for a Guingamp win.

And finally I threw in a little treble. Monaco and Nimes are the home bankers whilst I've tipped a draw between Ajaccio and Dijon.
